Alumni Day is celebrated on 16th January 2024
Alumni Day is celebrated on 16th January every year. On this day few alumni are invited from various branches and batches.
This year Alumni Day was celebrated in Kalidas Seminar Hall. On this occasion fourteen alumnus have attended the program. Dr. Avinash Shrikhande, Principal, Mr. Mangesh Jaiswal, President KITS Alumni Association, Mr Chandashekhar Wanjariand Ms Shwetangi Khode both alumnus, were present on the dais. Mr. Mangesh Jaiswal welcomed all alumnus and coordinated activity. All of them shared their views and appreciated the institute during their tenure of studies. Dr. Avinash Shrikhande appealed the alumnus to help the present students through their placements in their reputed companies. Dr S. P. Chincholkar, Dean T&P also shared his views and provided information about alumnus and their association with Training and Placement cell. All the HoD’s, Deans, Associate Deans, Registrar, all alumnus working at KITS were present.
Mrs. Minakshi Chouragade, Alumni, Civil Engg. Dept. is felicitated for acquiring Ph.D.
All the Alumnus shared their memories and about their current work they also promised whenever possible they will help college by various means either for placement or by providing their knowledge by guidance in future to the current students so that they will be benefited.
Post lunch all alumni had interaction with students in respective department.
Alumni Day 2024 was conducted successfully.
