Induction Programme for Technical and Admin Staff of KITS, Ramtek "UDBODHAN"
Kavikulguru Institute Technology and Science Ramtek has organised an induction program "UDBODHAN” for technical and administrative staff during 11.01.2023 to 13.01.2023.The objective of UDBODHAN” was to acquaint the new employees with working environment of the institute and to make them adaptive to work in any sections / departments while delivering maximum efficiency.
The induction program was inaugurated on 11.01.2023 at the hands of Chief Guest Dr. Ramchandra Joshi, Registrar, Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek and was presided over by Dr. Avinash N. Shrikhande, Principal, KITS,Ramtek. Dr. Avinash N. Shrikhande, Principal, Dr. Vilas P. Mahatme, Dean (Academic), Mr. Parag M. Pokley, Registrar, Mr. A. Anja Reddy, Librarian were the resource persons. Mr. Gajanan Gundukwar, Superintendent(Academic Section) and Mr. N. Rajender Rao, Superintendent (Establishment Section) shared their working experience of their respective sections and guided the participants.
During the program, participants were acquainted with administrative and academic policies and the practices of the institute. Emphasis was given on the motivational aspect also. Involvement of the participants was appreciated by awarding them a certificate of participation.
Dr. Vilas P. Mahatme, Professor and HoD (Computer Technology), Dean (Academic) was the convenor of the program and proceedings were conducted by Mr. Bhushan A. Deshpande, Asstt. Professor in Computer Technology and vote of thanks by Mrs. Harshita Jain Asstt. Professor in Information Technology.
